Whether you are an older adult yourself, or a caregiver concerned about the well-being and independence of an older adult, The Area Agency on Aging of Southeast Arkansas (AAASEA) is ready to help.

The services available through AAASEA fall into broad categories:

  • Access Services-such as information and referral, outreach, case management, escort, and transportation

  • In-Home Services-which includes chore, home-delivered meals, homemaker, and personal care.

  • Community Services-including senior center, congregate meal, nursing home ombudsman, elder abuse prevention, health promotion, and fitness programs

  • Caregiver Services-such as respite, counseling, and education programs

Since the majority of our funding is from federal and state funds and our services are typically provided without charge, donations are an important funding source. We are always willing and able to receive tax-deductible donations to help fund services for seniors in our ten-county area. Any and all donations are accepted.
